what size inside diameter latex tubing to use for the standard size glass rattles for trolling flies? 3mm 4 mm? 5 mm?

Whatever you purchase, clear tubing is pretty cheap in pet supply stores/section (in aquarium supplies)

Multifaceted Beads can be found at craft supply stores (Micheal's, hobby lobby etc) Just make sure they have holes in them. Many colors of tinsel can also be found there. (Can make over 100 flies for $20) 

 

50 Lb mono is typically 0.028"  3 mm tubing ID is 0.118"  4 mm is 0.157"
