august campin on cayuga

im lookin at a map of the lake and it looks like i have points and small coves to fish . dependin on the water is how deep ill be fishin , size is a big factor for me this year . is there good smallmouth and pike in the area . myers point is where were stayin . any info lures to run would be helpful .

at the end of august there can be a good smallmouth bit on the southend drop off. but the smallmouth fishing has been slow for the last year

I used to get alot of big smallmouth and big jackperch around the old cement plant( portland point) right in front of Leo Deeb's old house in late august. It's just to the south of Myers!
