Fish hawk 840

Hello guys I just bought a boat and it has a fish hawk 840 and I cant get it to pick up my down speed and temp my surface temp and speed works fine the little red is blinking any help would be great thanks

Sounds like the triducer is not working. See if you can find someone with another probe to try or the same unit.
