SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

====================

got on the water sat afternoon and fished till dark. thie fishing was slow at first we boated our first king, weighing about 23 pounds. It hit the green spin dr. w/ atomik live fly off the dipsy out about 330 ft on the 1.5 setting. We were fishing in about 180 fow. picked up 3 or 4 small ones after that in the same fow. Around 7 pm the fishing was awesome for an hour or so then it shut off. Most fish taken today were on the spin fly combos. Wonder bread was good.

Sunday we hit the water at 5:45 and started boating fish. Hooked up on a nice one off the 120 rigger, about 18 pounds. hit a few other small kings and one small brown. Around 1230 the dipsy fired with a HUGE steelie. I fought the beast for about ten minutes. It came straight to the boat just beyond our net reach and started spazing out!!! Then i watched the SS red ice dream weaver pull from its mouth. The fish gave us a good luck and appeared to be in the 15+ range. Boated another small rainbow and some other small kings. Today fish seemed more scattered and we hit them in all depths. the steelie was hit the dipsy out 200 foot on the 2.5 setting. Today we had a bunch of big fish on but couldnt keep them on the hook! We had knots pull apart and hooks pull from mouths!

We left the water around 230 after we got rained on for hours. The weather was bad on sunday rain and lightning.

It was a spinny/ fly bite pretty much all day both days. some other guys had good bites on sushi flies with cut baits.

We marked some good bait in 50-70 fow but couldnt hook up with anything. All kings came from the 180-220 area.
