Anybody fish for perch on LO?

Where do you fish and how's the fishing? I usually go to Lake Erie for that but am curious.

They are there in the lake. We get them in the intake at work all year. It is in 45 FOW. We used to get them fishing smallmouth in the summer also.

Any of the finger lakes are good for perch.....Any of the big lake Ontario bays (Irondequoit, Sodus, etc.) are great as well. My most frequented for eaters and jumbos are Seneca, Canandaigua, and, especially for ice, Sodus Bay and Kueka Lake. These choices are mostly because proximity to my crib...

This was in Sodus Bay off Lake O a couple weeks ago.. Some of the finest perch fishing Ive seen anywhere. 40 FOW. I live close to Seneca and perch fish it all the time but this Sodus trip was the real deal!
