Looking for a used manual downrigger to get started trolling with my own boat up on the big lake. Already have one so I just need 1 for now.

 

I don't care what brand, anything in decent shape with an accurate line counter. Looking to spend less than $100 for the rigger, but then will also need it shipped (live in Delaware) so I will pay whatever the shipping cost would be.
