Anyone getting anything worth bragging about lately ? Thinking about heading that way this week . Any help as to where to go would be great since I've never been there .

I was there the weekend of the 27- 29th and unfortunately a two day tournament was held that same weekend. Fishong was tough. Weeds are very thick shallow and thin out deeper. Fishing was tough and many tourney guys said the same. Stick to the north end in thick weeds pitching jigs and soft plastics or fish the channel edge with drop shot or search baits, cranks and spinner baits. Best of luck!
