Lake Erie Tubing Spots

Ok, Not so much walleye related but looking to take my kids out on the boat for some tubing this weekend.  Never did it before, anyone has a good spot they are willing to share?  Bringing the princess poles maybe I can get them a few perch when the tubing slows down!

No tubing allowed on Lake Erie. It's a safety thing..

I was out in Erie a couple weeks ago.  People were tubing in the harbor.  Place was a zoo.  It is a tough place for kids as it is big fish and low quantity unless you have incite where the perch might be.   If you are talking dragging tubes on the bottom, follow the boats is my best suggestion.   With little kids stick close to harbor or in the harbor.  We got out butt kicked out in the lake with 4-5 foot waves.

I think we are going to head to grand island and try out the river.
