close but not J plugs , i really like them , i mite have too just make something with some j plugs like that ! thx for sharing

These are simulators. I've used them in a Mackeral pattern and have cought School Blue Fin Tuna and Striped Bass off the coast of MA. If you could get one made matching the bait of choice they may work for Salmon.
