Eyes out of the small boat harber

Was planning a trip to Barcelona Friday as I can't fish this weekend but the north east wind does not look like I will be able to make it on the water. Was wondering if they are down by the windmills this year like last or if it will be a waste of my time. Thanks for the help.

I would still stick to Barcelona,for the hour u can fish there u triple your odds.fished last weekend and did 23 fish. Early morning bite all stick baits.avg weight 7lbs.weekend prior to that fished small boat 2 days 4 fish.I hope someone has better report than me as I can't make commute every weekend either, gas$$$$$

Fished 0530 until 1600 today out of sturgeon point. Skunk town USA, did did five silvers and that's all. Tried it all harnessed, sticks, riggers, jets, snaps, ............ Sounds like the main pack of eyes is west of Dunkirk still. Best of luck.
