What's the best way to attach your cooler to the boat?

Any container used for storing food such as fish must be sanitized, and like using lake water is akin to using sewage for rinsing it. Clorox and detergents will do a good job, hot water helps in rinsing it. So don't mount it permanently, take it to where you can clean it effectively.

I use a rachet strap from the tow hooks, through handles, and around cooler. Works great for me and easy to take on and off.
