Walker downrigger capacity

Anyone know what max capacity is for these? I can't find a model number. My father in law gave them to me,he never used them. He got them from his father in law. They are installed and worked last year with 10 pound torpedo type weights. More blowback than I would like.

I ran16lbers last year on newer walkers, last year without issue. A bit slow but thats fine with me.
