  1. Brooke! I am glad to see you found us here on Lake Ontario United (LOU)! It was great getting to meet you at the last tournament and thank you again for taking the time to post the picture! I know I have told many people about your personal best fish and the size of the head on it! Thank you again for sharing and welcome aboard LOU! Hope to see you again on the water. Tight lines, Chad
  2. Haha - yeah that is about how it felt seeing that one slip away seconds before we actually took the picture! The picture above is of the two muskies in an aquarium over at the Happy Hooker. Talking with Brian & Lisa about them this weekend was interesting in that they only had to feed them once every 3-5 days during the winter. Now that it is summer they eat several times per day ! Poor, poor minnows...
  3. Hey Larry - Now that you have reached the target goal of $6000 for the 2010 Bait Fish Fund and already started on the 2011 Fund with the goal of $9000 ($3000 for netting to protect the fish & $6000 for bait), would it be smart to consider taking the first $3000 to buy the netting right away for this year? I know you mentioned that we lose over 40% of the fish to bird predation before they even leave the stocking ponds. Seems to me that we should spend the first $3000 that comes in to get the protective netting in place as quickly as possible and not worry about waiting till the full $9000 is collected before moving forward with this. Time to shut down the "all you can eat sea food buffet". If we need protective netting now.... Joe won 3000 YARDS of fishing line at the last raffle and that only cost him 5 bucks!
  4. Zach, I'm embarrassed to say but the one fish we did get (36") flopped out of my hands and over the side of the boat right before we were about to take the picture! I have never had that happen before but this was a lively one for sure who was ready to go back quick. This is the best picture I got the entire weekend...
  5. Zach - It was good seeing you guys at the Chautauqua opener. You put on a clinic out there and had a GREAT day! I thought that I recognized Kevin there. I haven't seen him in years... but its funny he remebers the 20lb+ rainbow I have mounted. Kevin grew up on the same street as my family (West Bend in Greece) a few houses down. I knew the Jamison family for years as my younger brother (Todd) played hocked with Kev for about 6 years and my mom was good friends with Kev's mom. Great to see him trying out some Musky fishing with some good success. I think your boat alone proved what great shape the musky fishery is in here in upstate NY. I am hoping to get some pictures of some of other winning fish from the tournament posted up here. I will post as soon as any of them come in and I am sure Larry will do the same. Congrats again on the great opener - you couldn't have a better start to 2010
  6. Your reports are awesome Phil Thanks for sharing!

  14. Congrats to Bob Cinelli and the Hotline Team on boxing out (the only team to do so!) the first day of the Niagara Pro Am and pulling together the win in very tough conditions! Bill Hilts Jr. and Dave Turner did a fantastic job with the tournament and it was a lot of fun to participate in. Despite the tough weather, we got one day in before getting blown off the second day. The first day was tough for most teams including Team Rebel. We managed to box 5 and lost our biggest right at the end of the day. We did do some very nice bows - one 13.45lbs and the other just over 12lbs! We had a great time and look forward to participating in the next leg of the tournament next week at the OAK. Hope to see you there! Chad
  15. Enjoy your birthday Tim
