    Looking for this Navionics 1GB media card. Navionics no longer makes it. Part number would be SD/16XG-2 as told to me by Navionics. It's for a Lowrance GlobalMap 6500c. Thanks for any help.

    Make sure you have a couple batteries. When the wind picks up there it's tough to get back to the launch.

    I've used woody wax on the deck. Non slippery and the dirt and blood hose right off

    Did mine by poking a screwdriver through a tennis ball then put the spool of wire on the screwdriver then poke it through another tennis ball and clamped in a vice. You can add as much pressure as you like.
