  1. Last year it wasn't until probably the middle of March before they finalized the rule changes. Hope they do it soon so I can put in for the time off of work.... Or not. Glen
  2. Let me know if things change. I got a spare pro pac for the big boat and bought a 16 footer for the local ponds so I only need one more for the 16. Thanks Glen
  3. I'm looking for 1 propac. You interested in selling 1? Glen
  4. I see a couple that look like O & M's and I believe I see at least one T-spoon. The guy that was making the T-spoons got very ill and I don't think he ever started production back up and the O&M's used to have a websight. I got quite a few of both brands and they were both excellent spoons in the finger lakes. I haven't fished the Finger Lakes in a good number of years now but still got a couple boxes of the spoons. The websight was omlures.com Glen
  5. Thank you Jeff, I only went back to 2003 with my subscriptions and most 2003 are gone. Must be before I started saving them or I gave them away. Seem to remember giving somebody a pile of fishing magazines a few years back. Glen
  6. Good thing as I searched a whole box of GLA's this morning and couldn't find the article. Just out of curiosity does anybody have a subscription date? Thought I had them all. Glen
  7. Leaders are fine. Glen
  8. I got stacks of old ones Stan. If you can give me an approximate issue date I'll be glad to dig thru them and send it to you. I could probably just scan it and e-mail it if thats the only article your interested in. Glen
  9. Looks like you'll be getting a call soon Matt. Glen
  10. Quite a few guys run Aluminum here because they are much lighter and easier to tow. I keep my boat in a slip for the entire season so I definately prefere Fiberglass. It's additional weight makes for a much nicer ride. On the great Lakes the peak to peak distance between waves is very short. Even a 3 foot chop makes for a bumpy ride. As far as what brands it's all personel preference but Lund is very popular. I run a Wellcraft 25 foot and am quite happy with it. Alot of Penn Yans around. Glen
  11. Thanks Musky Glen
  12. Thanks Musky Glen
  13. I love my Simrad Randy. All the posts I've read on auto pilots I don't think I've EVER read a negative comment on the units themselves. Latley I've read some negative comments about their tech support. When I bought mine a couple years ago the tech support was great. good luck with your decision. Glen
  14. You got a PM Thanks Glen
  15. Don't run any dipsys off the boards. The boards themselves get your presentation away from the boat and if you want depth you can add weight, run leadcore or copper. Glen
  16. Got Coal again. Glen
  17. Thanks for the site Shark. Ordered one today. Glen
  18. Thanks Nick. Sent them an e-mail. Landshark can you post or pm the other websight? Thanks
  19. I went to the websight and can't find a size large. They go from small to XL. Am I missing something? Thanks Glen
  20. Did you guys order by using the websight or phone? Thanks Glen
  21. Sorry to hear about your troubles. But I am kinda happy that he decided to chew on the nice shiny clean boat and not the dirty old fishin boat next door. Seriously that sucks. First time I ever heard of that over there. You going to go with a thru hull replacement? Will your insurance cover it? Only got about 14 more weeks until we are back out for Browns. Keep in touch. Glen
  22. I think 3 rods on the Finger lakes would be fine EXCEPT for Traveling man, Lytline and Rusty Rat as these three guys would decimate the lakes fish population with all those rods out. Glen
  23. Replaced the impeller and the boat ran great. Even managed a few trout. Impeller was not damaged just plain wore out. Housing was fine. Thanks for the replys. Glen
