    I have a similar setup on my Searay. I have the Octopus drive to move the power assisted cable steering system. I am assuming that this is going to be installed on an I/O setup. Your main motor will be turned off while your kicker motor is running, you may have an issue moving your kicker since the octopus drive moves the I/O lower. With the main engine shut off the power assisted steering pump will not be on. Therefore, there is a lot of stress on the Octopus unit to move your main drive and kicker.     I have a Garmin GHP 12 in my Searay. My boat has cable steering. It is connected to an Octopus drive unit. I think the entire system was about $2500. I did the install myself in a few hours. It keeps us straight in 4-5 ft waves. Sent from my iPad using Lake Ontario United mobile app

    I was reviewing the rules re: to the bonus laker Is the lake trout only eligible if the team has 6 silver fish to weigh in? For example, if we only have 4 silver fish to weigh in we wouldn't be able to weigh in the "bonus laker" in since we did not have a limit of 6 silver fish. So, you can only weigh in a laker if you have a full box of 6 silver fish. Right?.. Wrong? Thanks Al

    I have two Digitroll IVs for sale in excellent working condition. Included : brand new low profile bases, locking bars, extra rod holders. I will include some extra downrigger releases. Brand new cable, 400 ft was put on each unit last year One rigger has quick connect power cord. The other is a direct connect power cord. $800 for the pair, shipping should be around $40. I will charge actual shipping so it may be less I will be in the Oswego area from May 3 to May 12 meet me to avoid shipping charges Digitroll III. Excellent working condition. 400 ft of cable was put on last year. Brand new low profile Base included Asking $325.00 Cannon MIni Mag. This rigger came with my boat. The guy I bought my boat from said he used It once. It has the the cabelas rear dual quick draw rod holders. Also, included is a swivel and tab lock base. The only thing missing is the second part of the power cord. I think u can get one for about $20.     I used penn 835s for years they are well built riggers. They handled 15lb sharks no problem

    I had a 1995 Spectrum 18 sport. It was all welded with a 120hp motor. It ran like a champ. I put a stainless prop on it and got it up to 42mph
