  2. The farm I hunt leases the land out to Co-Ops for crops. This year the never planted anything and have turned the field over and are dragging them today. I stopped and talked to them and they will not be planting anything this year and they have given me the go ahead to do so. What is good to plant this late in the season if anything ? 'Bout Time Mike

  9. Short water kings can be tricky. Especially in the top of the water column. Long leads off riggers, and a slow presentation (1.8-2.0 down speed) have been the key for me. Also stay away from the pack as they get spooked very easily 'Bout Time Mike

  16. Depends on type of water it was sitting in and how fast the growth is. It does effect it. I couldn't get over 3400 rpm and 17 mph. Took boat out sprayed and cleaned bottom and I gained 300 rpm and almost 4 mph. It could also be distributor cap and rotor. Wouldn't hurt to clean the bottom first and see what happens. 'Bout Time Mike
  17. If you want to fish the temp head DEEP but you don't need to. Fish are stacked in 120-200. The temp is 70* down 120 but the fish are biting 'Bout Time Mike

  21. Running 50-1 is lean for an outboard. The Motor will heat up more with a 50-1 mixture vs 40-1. Coming from an old 2 stroke Motocross racer we would run 50-1 but we had to adjust sparkplugs, jets, air settings, reeds, etc. Too lean of a mixture and you will start to blow gaskets and burn pistons and rings etc. I'd replace all seals/gaskets and run recommended Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
