  2. Screen was like that from 280-400. Marked a lot 80-90 down (69 - 72 degree water) I tried but never did get one of those to go. Everything I took was Deep and out of cold water 'Bout Time Mike
  3. Fishing remains good Worked water from 160-380. Fish were scattered from 90 down to 200. Temp was DEEP 52* down 125. Took fish off riggers at 120/125/140/165. Dipsies out 375/390. Mix of flasher flies and spoon bite. Ended with 7 bites in 4.5 hours. 6 Kings and a laker. Biggest king bounced scale around 28. 'Bout Time Mike

  6. Honestly changes daily. We've done really good lately on mag metal ( green jeans, carbon 14 ). Green dot spinny with stud fly, and matador / sweat pea, and then cannonball rig taken a lot of fish. I start with 2 spoons, 2 flasher flies, 2 meat rigs and adjust from there.
  7. X2. 400-600 loaded with fish. Temp down 110-120. Even did a King on 220 rigger. Don't be afraid to fish the marks
  8. I PM'd close to the same time you did and haven't heard anything back. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  9. From what I am hearing its deeper than that. 140 plus to get to high 40s low 50s. should slowly start to come up the next couple days
  10. The state Park Launch is closed for the year according to the park the last time I was there. The Governor extended the 5 MPH bay and 600' form shore rule through Sept 2nd.
  11. This is the only one I know that is hinged. It's a VK flasher 'Bout Time Mike
  12. Channel locks or use a punch with a hammer. Just tap is easy it will come out. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  13. There are fish in tight 120-200 but mostly teenagers with a lot of skippies mixed in. Most recently the offshore bite (400-600' ) has been great with a majority of 3 year old fish. Mix of spoons and flies doing the trick. Couldn't agree more about the weather/waves. Doing many tournaments and events in BIG waves it is not fun and there is no reason to be out there. The fish will be there "tomorrow" and safety should always be #1 priority 'Bout Time Mike
  14. 15lb shark on center rigger (probe) and 13lb torpedos off the 2 corner riggers. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  15. Is it further away from the battery than the faster one? They draw a lot of current on the retrieve and if your battery is starting to go it can also affect them. Also make sure you are using large gauge wire Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  16. 30lb Berkley Big Game from dipsy to flasher / fly. I will only use Fluoro if I'm running spoons off my dipsies Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  17. Great job. Glad he got one. It's just a start.... 'Bout Time Mike
  18. I won a frabil in a tournament and it has turned out to be one of the best I've owned. It's a "power catch" series Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  19. Buggspray - nothing better Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  20. Afternoon can be very good especially when during full moon cycles. The last couple hours of daylight can be some of the best and most productive fishing. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  21. Looked on the inside and i couldn't find the fish that were there. I decided to head out deep. Once I hit 400 FOW it was game on. We ended going 4 for 6 all in a 1.5 hour window. Rigger at 55- 65 pulling a carbon 14 spoon took 2 fish, rigger at 85 with custom chip pro am fly took one, rigger at 100 pulling a matador sweet pea took one. Lost 2 dipsy fish both on green dot / stud fly. 2 largest Kings were 23 and 26, and we kept a nice steelhead. We released another small king. 'Bout Time Mike
