price seems a little high, you could buy a ranger from same era with similar motor and a trailer for same price. or even a newer bass boat too! not sure on the price of a bass boat trailer but they are different that a standard roller trailer, they use a bunk system boards with carpet on them and most are drive on drive off ( dont have to but that is the easiest way) so by the time you get a nice trailer you could buy a newer boat. cousin just sold his 90s ranger with trailer and 225 for 4k and boat was clean!

just a couple examples. but if you found a cheap trailer may be worth it but up to you if you wanted that hassle!

Reputation, price, dont be afraid to call and talk and see who you think sounds like they would suit your interest! Boat size appropriate for your party. Find one that guarantees fish.

You always wonder what colors look like down in our lake and the visibility down there. I came across this video of a diver on the st pete wreck near hughes marina last year, and it is cool to see how far you can see and what colors look like underwater at those depths as well as the ship which is being preserved in the cold water. There is also another video you can see how many gobies are down there! but cool video I found and thought I would share since I have never seen it!

Myn I will have to change sensitivity to around 70% when running higher rpm. U will get a clear picture and still see bait. Then when I slow I put it back to 97-98%.

Im not a professional on transducer install but, what transducer did you put on? and you want to try to install as far from any disturbance as you can. such as the back of the boat as far from a rigger cable or prop wash as possible. or if you are doing a thru hull type you would mount that ahead of your motors, such as in the floor under the cuddy part of the cabin that was it is getting undisturbed water to read from. maybe have a front bilge area that is accessible?
That sounds like it is putting out 24 volts. I will double check myn. And let you know how it is wired it. Was just looking at all the wireing the other day fixing a problem but dont want to say it wrong.
