  1. good report. Ate dinner at the boat yard grill in ithaca sunday. Great Place. Maybe Ill bring REEL STORIES over someday and fish with you guys.
  2. I'm all for making an extra buck to afford the water... to get there, I've got what feels like thousands wrapped up in my licensing, insurance, surveys, safety equipment, tests ... so on.... this just frustrates me a bit.... there's a guy or two on Seneca that are doing this... seems like it, but I can't prove it. 3. Glad youre in Bill! You did better than we did. We have way too much bait sitting in the south end. The bite lasts for twenty minutes it seems. Fish are full fast! We caught sawbellies on our spoons...Must be dense!!
  4. worth a shot, just narrow through the simple things. A buddy of mine had his set in the water last year, and forgot to remove the tape off all of his thru-hulls. Had to pull each hose off and poke holes in them till the water was warm enough to go under and remove by hand.
  5. Did they tape the thru-hull before winter? [ Post made via Android ]
  6. I'm in my slip since March 18. I drain the washdown hose. Leave it off. I forgot to drain the nozzle a few weeks ago. It split. But I drain it every week and haven't had an issue since. I'll be sleeping on my rig tonight!!! Heated blanket will be on a max!!! [ Post made via Android ]
  7. As stated above. I have a subtroll.. works fine. I leave the beads off just because I like it that way. Good luck.
  8. We have been getting plenty of fish with those buggers on there. Only a few are the big boys. Other than that, all are 3-5 inches. Most popular fish with them are the browns over here. Some of the bigger salmon have one or two. the one day we pulled three off a brown. Luckily, they were freshly attached. KILL'EM ALL!!!
  9. it could just be something simple/dumb. I overlooked mine a couple years ago. The stone catcher was plugged. Then this year, when we had the freeze. I replaced a hose nozzle because it split. Then, the pump wouldnt work!!!!! Then, I realized, I never opened the nozzle
  10. i want a yak!!
  11. As far as the washdown goes. Maybe winterized wrong? Cracked housing? Bad impeller? Is your an auto on off with a pressure switch? Is the thru-hull valve on? Plugged intake on thru-hull? [ Post made via Android ]
  12. This is productive. I've run them off boards also. Run them fast. You can sink them a bit or just let them skip. Impacts from the fish is like top water bass fishing. Blast to watch. Good luck. Seneca has a ton of weeds still around. Makes out tough... Nick [ Post made via Android ]

  16. Well, Had two guys aboard for a "nice" spring time charter. The weather was definately SPRING. It took a while to find some bait and fish. The weather was not co-operating. The wind and rain was getting unberable. The wind let up and the rain paused, as soon as it started pouring again. We hit two lakers, one brown, six salmon, one beautiful rainbow!! Here are some pictures of a few of the beauties. Take a look! Untill next time!! P.S. ALL fish were released to fight again! I like clients like this
