    Selling for a friend. A Minn Kota power drive 55# thrust, 54" shaft, 12 volts. It has a foot pedal control with a 20 ft. cable. Comes with mounting hardware. in excellent condition. This unit cannot be upgraded to/with the new I-pilot system. He is asking $300 or b.o.. He is only selling it because he up graded to a new, bigger I-pilot himself. He prefers local Buffalo, NY. area pickup, but maybe willing to meet half way if farther. Thanks!

    Drift speed needs to be right, keep your line straight up & down in the water no angle to it & just tick the top of the rocks with your sinker. use minnows or egg sacks or try just one egg. Hope this helps but I am no expert. Have fun!

    Well, I haven't been on site for awhile. The reason being I have been giving 24/7 care to my wife & best friend of 46 years. As of Tuesday 8/16/16 she lost her 5 year battle to cancer & was laid to rest on Friday 8/19/16. I pray that her pain & suffering is over & that she is now resting in peace. Cancer Sucks!

    Most likely the engine coupler spun out. Need to pull the outdrive/maybe engine & replace the coupler on the flywheel. Check drive shaft & universal also at the same time. Good luck! Keep the check ok handy!

    Is it the u-joint, engine coupler, carrier bearing, the shaft & did they line it up with tool when it went back together ?? Are the splines on the shaft & coupler good? need to know all this.
