  4. I was told the problem is that guys fill the opening full then try to turn it on, the right way is to turn water on then put a few carcasses in at a time but most don,t . I gave up on it , I do them at home, freeze the guts/carcasses & put them in the trash on trash day. works for me. How about the Dunkirk cleaning station , Its always closed ! And the upsetting part is the Southtowns walleye club gave them monies to help build it years ago,(which members should have gotten a price break, jmo.) & if it is open they want $2.00 @ for more than 4 fished cleaned, not even a limit , thats BS!
  5. Take it & have all of them done, its not worth the aggrivation , should have special tools, can see this job done on u-tube. Jmo.

  14. Captain Larry, In fisherman just had a show from that same area . They showed a bass 20"+ , over 6+ #'s. Nice fish! I think the show was taped in Spring 2011.
  15. If you belong to southtown walleye you can get a discount at Weekleys if you show them your membership card, well worth it imo. I use to pick my own also but no more. We use to pour sudsy dish washing liquid with lemon in it mixed with water on the ground anytime of day & the worms would just pop up out of the ground also.

  19. Going in water: get out of tow veichle; unplug trailer lights; take off transom tie downs; check transom plug is in; raise motors; put lines on cleats; back boat into water; take winch & safty hook off; launch boat ! Coming out of water: raise motors; back trailer into water; winch boat on trailer & put safty hook on; pull out of water; put transom straps on; put motors into travel position; plug lights in; (+ or -)Check everything correct & Check again & head down the road! Works for me.
