  1. I’ve seen more lampreys on fish this year than ever before. I would say it’s greater than 50 percent of the fish I catch. What is everyone else seeing?
  2. I’ve never seen so many small salmon. It’s hard to keep them off. They hit mags and everything. It’s kinda frustrating lol
  3. 23 to 24 inches in the summer gets it done
  4. Ended up getting out three times over the weekend for a couple hours at a times. Stayed inside the whole time working 65 to 180 fow. Caught fish everywhere. Ended with 15 kings, 2 steelhead, a brown, and a lamprey. Great anniversary weekend with the wife on the lake!l
  5. The ones I dumped on the flasher flies we’re good fish. Got one good king on meat and another on a spoon. Most other one were 5 pounds and under
  6. Got out yesterday evening for a couple hours and this morning from first light until 830. Fished inside both outings 105 to 165 fow. 11 kings, a steelhead, and a brown landed. Lost a couple nice fish on flasher/fly this morning
  7. Rented a house this weekend on the lake down by the oak for my wife and myself for our anniversary. We are bringing the boat with us and would like to get out at least once. Any good reports out of the oak lately?
  8. Thanks to all who donated! Our team ended up raising just under 7,000 dollars for Rochester Adult and Teen challenge rehab program! Due to weather, we ended up switching to the trout and salmon division earlier this week and decided to grind it out on Cayuga today. Weather was challenging, but we ended up taking first place in the trout and salmon division. Thanks again everybody for your support.
  9. Free sliding cheaters on a 8 to 10ft lead. Only run them when your main lure is a spoon. Running them with a spin doctor as a main is asking for a mess. I’ve had very good luck on sliding cheaters. When that temp is high in the column, I’ve had mature kings hit the sliding cheaters on my 40 rigger, which would only put the cheater about 20 feet down. Great for picking up steelhead and cohos higher in the column
  10. Same story for us today. Fished first light till 9:45. Ended 2/5. Worked 80 to 280. 140 to 160 was most productive. We did lose a nice king that broke the flasher fly leader 😭. I had caught a lot of fish on that fly. It must have had a knick in the leader
  11. I will definitely keep you guys posted! It will be next weekend the 18th. The have different divisions, and my dad wanted to enter the bass division. We will likely be on Erie chasing smallmouth weather permitting. Backup plan will be the Lower Niagara river. Should be a good time.
  12. So as long as the waves are manageable, you will be good to go
  13. It will just depend on the lake forecast
  14. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
  15. Thanks so much Bill! It is greatly appreciated
  16. Hey guys, I figured I would throw this out there since it’s a good cause. My dad and I will be fishing a tournament next weekend as a fundraiser to benefit the Rochester Adult and Teen challenge. It is an addiction recovery program in Rochester. We are looking for sponsors and donations for our team. All proceeds would go directly to Rochester Adult and Teen Challenge. Here is the link if you would like to support the cause https://www.classy.org/team/426339 Thanks, Manny
  17. Torpedo divers and chinook/dipsy divers
  18. I also have some versatrack cannon rod holders if you are interested
  19. I have two brand new one. I was going to buy a tracker so I bought them, but ended up buying an alumacraft. I’ll sell them to you for 80 a piece
