    Very fun fish.. And I caught it on one of my custom altered flies I did this winter! Good stuff and like Derick said saved by the bell.... Hit with out 30 seconds left before we pulled the last rod up for the day

    I'm a vegetarian now for about 10 years When I ate meat I though when done right (smoked or bbq'd) the salmon out of Lake O were fine eating fish

    I also dont eat it but have many friends who will.. I bought a smoker specifically to smoke it and give it to people as gifts... Amazing how many people will want it/ eat it when you do the work to prep it for them

    I see on the vid the first fish you caught you had the fly like 3 feet behind the spinny... is that common for you to run them that far back?

    I dont think length is an issue at all... just how wide it is... if it is just a hairline crack you are set
