    Agreed. I just know it's come up in the past with people debating over color. Even with diver wire such as a smoke color or simply stainless. Nothing stealthy at all. Point is to get the presentation away from the boat and/or make room to get more lines in the water.

    So here's a question. Atommik copper is well copper colored. Blood run is Grey. I have Atommik copper but people have told me that the grey is stealthier. I think with the leader it doesn't really matter. Any thoughts?

    Heard that. Soon as ice is out I'm pulling the 14 footer out to run some planar boards n sticks. Big boats gonna have to wait til the channel opens on port bay.

    So I picked up a 21' Penn Yan last year and with the amount off time I had it was either sitting in the boathouse or out fishing. This year I live a little bit closer so I'm repainting the bottom, new emblems, and other cosmetic projects. My question is what products would you guys recommend to shine up the red stripe along the side. I've seen several deoxidation products and the one I bought didn't give me the results I was hoping to get. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

    Pancakes can be a nightmare if the fin get bent.

    Hook and split ring replacement could go along way with them too. Or just sharpen them

    They'll work. Sometimes dumping them in coke for a little bit takes out the tarnish and really shines em up. You have a good start but this sport will take over your life if you let it. It's too late for guys like me.

    I had some if the new fuller (fingerlakestackle) spoons in my bedroom after I picked em up at lotsa. Went to bed around 10. Woke up at 4 and there was still a glow.

    Anything made by Fuller is GREAT! I picked up a bunch of his paddles when he put the first batch out and have run his spoons and had great success on them. Guy can make a great product.
