Please excuse me for my lack of correct terminology. I have a 221 islander and would like to acquire one of the knobs that attach to the steering wheel. What is this called and where can I pick one up? Thinking west marine? Who uses them and who do not care for them?

I really like the 4 blade. I just went to my local certified mercruiser marina and they helped me pick the right prop. Lose some top end but I don't car. It ****s and gets out of the hole now -

Trying to find a place to purchase a few Okuma Catilinas. The 303 series. -
oh ok, I thought he was looking in the $100 range. You can always look at the Magdas as well but they would be the bottom if you ask me. I have 4 of them, one of the drags went out on one last year. I am simply going to replace each one as they **** the bed. Looking at the Cold Water or Catelina to replace the one that **** the bed.

The Okuma Cold Water reels are on sale at Cabelas for $109. you should look into them to. There are several posts on all of these reels. Just do a search for one of them.

I run a 4 blade, made a nice difference getting that ass heavy boat out of the water and keeping it on plane better -
You are sure to get floor condition questions though as I am sure you are aware -

That's what I get out of my 221 with the 4.3 right about 40-43ish with a half a tank of gas and no kicker motor hanging off the back...this is a great price on the boat. I bought my 1991 islander soft top with no other accessories listed minus the trailer for the same price so someone should jump on this...

I just wanted all line counters and I do not think they come with them do they? I wish it wasn't so confusing.....I only fish for kings a few times a year and was thinking that the magdas that I have would hold up. But one of the drags went out on my rigger rod, was surprised it didn't go out on my wire dipsey rod actually. I have 4 magda reels
