Hey guys. If you would please lay out for me by the numbers, what order items should be attached to down riggers. I have four and a little shy on taking a chance of loosing everything first shot. I fish alone so steering, speed, and setting lines and down riggers can cause a little stress especially in the wind etc. I am not in deep water over 100feet. My VT. lakes are are less than that with fish finders showing fish at 25 to 35 ft depth.

So please by the numbers....Starting with the Cannon down rigger cable factory end/clip as #1. what order is best using...Lead ball...Snubber...Fish Hawk X4...Flasher/attractor...Leader....Lure.   S.S. Snap swivels on everything both ends?

Once I get it set up and practice then I'll copy it on the other three down riggers.  This is all new to me, so thanks in advance.

Not sure what you mean by numbers but if your running 4 riggers on a small boat you want to set your deeper riggers first. Keep the boat going straight. Best of luck bud.

I think he means terminal tackle.
above my sharks are snubbers. On probe side the blacks release is above the probe. Other side release is at the top of the snubber.

What whaler said.  Weight/snubber/probe/release/terminal end of rigger wire. You shouldn't need any extra swivels as the snubber and most releases. should already have them at both ends.  Worth noting that the snubber is not the same as what some people use after their divers.  Need the ones meant for heavy weights.  Highly recommend using them especially if your riggers start and stop "hard."
