I placed an order on 4/25/26 and have not received it yet.  I have tried calling and emailing with zero response.  I will never do business with this company again.  Just a warning for all so you don't have this issue.

They have been around awhile. I get the sense it is run as a side job of a charter captain in Ohio. Probably too tired to keep up the side business as it should.

Same here I ordered online, got a confirmation number then silence. It’s been around a month.

Keep emailing them.  I emailed them through paypal and through my personal email.  Good luck!
