Mag 10 kicking out when coming up.

One of my Mag10's has been kicking out bring up the 12# cannon ball. Today was the worst I would have to reset it two or three times bringing it up from 82'. It will not reset right off I would have to push the reset a number of times to get it to run again. I have the brake/cluch set as light as I can get away with and it still kicked out. The last three times bringing it back in I ran my hand on the spool putting pressure on it and helpping bring it in and it didn't kick out. Is any PM on these that you know of I looked for some thing like that a few years ago and could not find any. It just seems like it needs some grease or oil some where.

I HAD TO REPLACE THE main housing on 2 of mine a few years back there is a socket or hole behind the moter that elongated on mine they were 14.00 at the time 30.00 now im shure do a search for parts breakdown caused binding and had same problem

Just tore it down , than hole-post is broke on mine looks like I can do it myself. Thanks for the help Ray , now I just need the part...........or steal it off my spare.hmmmmmmm!!!!!!

Nope I'll just switch motors , these are faster than the spare and the whole job will be less work that way.....
