sand and waves

Recommended Posts

the pic above the wiffy and her new friends was the day and conditions i pulled the drowing kid out of ......not good swimming conditions to say the least.....all the big wave pics were 2 days after hurricane "bill" past us so 8 to 10 ftrs ant the norm gentle 2 ftrs with 4 ft curls was the norm before and after the storm...actually all the beaches on the ocean side were closed to swimming but a couple dummies had to brave mother nature.. I know "BIG ED" my passed away Divemaster was looking down with pride as i used his ruff water swim training,,,,thanks old friend. the water behind my wife and her friends is typical conditions on the ocean side...except that day some major undercurrents brought the surface temps to low 60 deg.
