Just yesterday evening,leafing through a bunch of web pages I came upon this salmon lure tackle box.It seems to solve the large lure storage problem.Did any of you try it ?Or do you have something better?

Me too. One for spoons and one for stickbaits.

Yes I just got one in the mail from them last week. It's bit differnt from the old origanal (sp) tad cheaper. No wire from top to box (but you could put one on) to keep the lid from flipping against it self when you open it. Also has hole in bottom where files hook too. Still a good box for the price shipped to your door.

the big old gray plano boxes work great also, I have 3 full of lures I don't know if they still sell them. they are a bit bigger than the special mate. work for spoons & stick baits.

Plano does have clear boxes, one holds up to 39-3" spoons and one holds up to 86 - 5" spoons, retails should be between 12 & 16 dollars and 25 to 30 on these units
