SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

====================

I fished solo today and had a blast. Many fish caught and all released today. Best action was in the 160'-210' range. Lots of bait and the pods were holding nice amounts of fish. Name of the game today was find bait and work it and you caught fish. Fished mainly a two rigger program but I changed up one rigger to 600' copper and had a few hits on the seasick waddler, 600'. Finally caught better quality fish today - two nice 20+ pound kings on the riggers 115' and 125' over 200 fow. Trolling direction seemed to be less of an issue today. Around high noon, the fishing slowed so I packed it in around 1 PM. Seemed like most guys were off shore, but I had the inside water to myself and it held good fish.

Down temp. was set up very nice today - I had 48 deg. water down about 115'. The thermocline was very tight and narrow, it seemed like only about ten foot wide or so, but most marks on the graph were "in it" down about 100'.

Good luck to all,

- Chris
