got on the water at7 am out long point fish untill 9 with no luck on the flat lins in 16 to 30 ft of water so we moved out to 100 ft and put riggers down 45 60 80 with flashers and flies. then we picked 7 fish one rb and the rest were lt all about 6 or 7 pounds off the water at 11am a good day for the first trip of the year

Sounds like a nice morning. How was the level of water at the launch?

The water is low but its do able in my 22 ft hard top. It is about 4 to 5 ft as u get out through the wall.

Hey Aaron, saw you at the sportsmans show in watkins on Sunday, but didnt get a chance to chat with you. Are u gonna do the lake trout Derby out of sampson this year? We r gonna try for the same slip. I'm probly gonna fish seneca tomarrow. Is the level of cayuga up at all?
