Everything works mint.Heat ,AC,stove,micro,TV,propane,new awning canvas and a new 9 x 12 pressured treated deck that's also included in the priceUse it for 7 months and pay only electric. $4500 firm

Bar,( 1881 Restaurant),pool ,immaculate grounds,less than 5 minutes from anything,and every other camper is a fishermen/ Capt..
