4/27 Cayuga Lake North

Went with my 5 year old.  The North tip of the lake had a smokin' laker bite.  Had 8 fish on in 8 consecutive drops.  Brought 2 home for the cook pot.  Several had small lampreys.  Have yet to put the FF on, guess was 110'.

 

Wee-man got frustrated (tough for him to get a hook-set on the lakers - he did reel all mine in though).  Anyway hit the Canoga Marsh area for steady perch action (went through lots of dinks for the keepers).  Wee-man managed to land a Pickerel for a bonus - triple play for the day.

 

All in all a great father- son outing - Thank you Cayuga!

Cool! Nothing like it.....I used to get a lot of those jumbos in that area through he ice too.
