Will Wrights Landing launch be open?

Yes it will be open, but  the launch shuts down between 4:30 pm and 10:00 pm Saturday for the fireworks.

I was wondering the same thing today. I called up there and she told me the launch was still going to be open, but she wouldn't promise a parking spot for a truck/trailer. She said you can call when they open at 4:00am and see if there will be room to park.  343-8430.

Good thinking with Harbor Fest going on this weekend. I spoke with the gentleman at Wrights and he let me know that they will have additional parking up near lake and W 1st. So it shouldn't be a problem. Golf carts bring you back and forth from the launch to your trailer. He did state that when foot traffic gets heavy later in the afternoon it will be difficult to get your boat in and out. However they are there to help get you out of there.

You could launch at Mex. Pt or Fairhaven,  not that far away.  With less fuss.
