summer boat storage

Anyone know where i can keep a 18ft walk through sea nymph during summer months with in 5 miles of victor? Roughly may through september? Starting next may.  I must have easy access so i can come get it anytime I want with out restriction from property owner. Inside would be great but would consider outside.

 

I dont want to dry dock at a marina because i do like to trailor to many different lakes

oh..yeah, what  I meant by dry dock was basically parking my boat/trailer in a spot someplace that was secure enough to not have to worry about it....

hahah no big deal... I did think you wanted exclusively at a marina on lake ontario
