fillet knife

At the Lewiston fish cleaning station the charter guys were using big fillet knifes that cut through the fish very easily, easier than i ever have. Can someone tell me were i could check these out, im sure you guys use some good knife when cleaning your clients fish.

Doug are you in Rochester? If so go to Rochester Store Fixture on 707 North Street. They have them there. I bought one there for work. I don't remember what the cost was. It's actually called a "Cimeter" :shock: . If you give me a shout during the day on my cell (585-354-7700) I'll find out if they have one and the price for you. You can save on the shipping then :)

We have this knife and it works fantastic on the big boys. You definitely want something samller too for those smaller fish.

These two Cutco knifes are all we use on Rebel, lifetime guarentee should they ever need sharpening, have had them for ten years and they still cut through like butter. Use to use only electric knives but now I just make the noise, bbzzzzzzzzz
