Fly storage system.

After years of not having a decent way to store my flys I am in the process of designing and building a proto type fly storage system. In order to make it versatile I could use some help from you guys.

1. How many flys would you want to have rigged and ready to fish?

2. What are your leaders lengths from shortest to longest?

Glen, I think that i would like a box to hold 30-40 flies. My shortest over all fly length 21" and my longest is 27". We need pictures once it is done and patiented.
