I was wondering what rod action otherpeople use for fingerlakes and lake o browns Thinking about getting a few new rods Maybe lighter

L-ML rods. I use Okuma Blue Diamond 7'6" ML and Ugly Stick 8'3" L rods on Lake O for browns.

8'3 uglystick Lts. for Cayuga and Lake O. browns, All 8'6 penn medium rods for Kings.

Ugly stick 9' 0. Bwd 1101. But I like to crank my rod tips down and when the fish hit I get a good set.

I too use the bw1101..

 

Also I use 7 foot light ugly sticks for riggers in spring. A blast to fight fish on.
