"Milliken Station"

Anyone have any info on AES Cayuga ( Milliken Station) ? Is it online again or running on any kind of consistent schedule anymore? I was up at Taughannock this past Sat and saw smoke from the stack.

I think it has been on pretty consistently since the summer, or at least every time I have fished/looked up there I have seen steam coming from the stacks. Have not fished there since the end of December, but the fishing was VERY productive at that time.

Plant will run while demand is up. I would expect it to continue running while the heating season continues. It has been running all winter.
