10 color leadcore

I bought leadcore this year and have been out with it 6 times and have had much success . I have caught a few but nothing great. I have only ran spoons . I have a small snap on it. Running boards too. Am I doing something wrong?

what depth of water are you fishing... right now a 10 color is a lottle high for where the kings are and if you are not in steelhead water you may be running it in a dead zone

all depends on the fish and depth you are targeting

We put a 4 oz snap weight on the 10 color & was in the zone Sunday! The ten color didn't take fish all day w/o the snap weight!

We went against conventional wisdom & put the weight just ahead of of the leader knot to get maximum depth.

Do you have a leader it kinda sounds like you have snap swivel on the end of leadcore I run 20-25' been taking browns in close and steelies out deeper

i use a light leader for bass on leadcore 10 test.20 for trout or salmon.its a awesome way to fish,takes alot of deep bass.
