Erie SBH 6-3

Fished outa small boat harbor, beautiful day but had a tuff time getting them in the boat. Tried the wind mill, smokes, Seneca and Meyers. Didn't mark much, all in tight little packs. Landed 5, one arnd 8 lbs, and lost to many. The stand out was a 3 color lead,( had trouble kepin them on this) did 2 on rigger, one on a wire diver. All on worm harness. Cotton wood was terrible, made a tuff bite even tuffer.

3 Color lead ( with x-rap shads, size 8 ) has been the hot set-up for me on Erie this year as well...

Are you running wire or braid for rigger line?

I run wire. Always have good luck on Erie with rigger and long leads.
