Wire Line - Terminal End

Wondering what would  be the best way to create the loop-lure end of SS wire line, I see many use a Haywire twist and there is a crimp method,

are there more? is there a preferred method? All replies deeply appreciated.

Make a loop then tie just a simple over hand knot. Feed the loop through the eye of your swivel, the pull the swivel back through.

This is what Jake is saying, except he's right, tie the overhand knot first (basically follow these instructions backwards).

I find it easier and faster to add the swivel after you tie the knot.

I have had no issues with a perfection loop knot. 30 lb 7 strand malin. Pulls dipsey every season and many tough fish.
