It's the leader that comes with the fly so I think it's 30 inches and yea it's a green crush glow with a green hammer

leader length on the fly is something to experiment with until the fish tell you what they want- 30" is pretty long. Your best bet is to get a few more of that fly, cut to different lengths. Will 30" catch fish- sure, every dog has its day but don't be afraid to cut that shorter.
