Anybody have any idea on how much this type of boat would be worth?

It's a 24.5 or 25ft aft cabin with a 305 chevy and OMC outdrive, full galley,

stand -up head, sleeps 5, trim tabs just to name a few things. It's in good shape, so I'm told.

I think it's a stearn drive, Hank.

83 It's probably the old stringer style 800 series. If it is they weren't the best drive to start with & part's are hard to find & expensive. Ck and make sure what it is.

Thanks Hank, I should get a look at it sometime this month. I know it's been taken care of and the price seems to be right if it's in the shape he said it is.

On a boat that size, it's proably underpowered with that 305. My 1986 24' Thompson has the 230 MR Mercuiser (5.0l Chevy (305)) and it is somewhat under powered. Tabs made a world of difference helping it get on plane, so you may be OK with this boat with the tabs on it. Any idea what the boat's weight is?
