    I tied a 100ft of 80lb braid with my slider divers. Ever since I changed last yr my dypsy took off and have not lost a set up yet. I use 5ft section of 20lb fluorocarbon with a snubber. 15lb when running spoons

    Run the divers up high for browns. You will be surprised how many browns crush a dypsy 30 ft from the boat.

    If you are paying 109.00 for cold water series reels you are paying way to much. You can find them on line at other stores for 89.00 or cheaper.

    I have both. Accudepths for 12 yrs or more and love them. Just purchased the convectors and to tell you I really like them. Look well built and I believe they use the same drag system as the clarions.

    Yeah I'm not a big believer of 50% natural reproduction either. To many shall bottom creeks and rivers. To many guys walking through the rivers and creeks. But if we all don't band together our lake fishing going to go down hill in a hurry.

    Just go fishing! if friends and family members give you gas and replacement tackle money, who cares. Now if some guy with or without kids you don't know asking to take you out for a fee, then no you can't do that.

    Let's adopt the Alaska program every king caugh is logged weight, measurments, clipped or not. Paperwork mailed in daily. Now there is no lying because your fish is logged. If you get caught lying like more fish in cooler then on paperwork, you receive a fine. works out in alaska why not here.
