  1. Nice job. [ Post made via Mobile Device ]
  2. Rob, Nice job. What the heck, no pics of the water spout 50 yards off your stern? Probably don't want your customers to know how crazy you really are. Keith
  3. Happy birthday Scott. Oh no the big 40. Motrin will start to become your best friend for all the new aches and pains that start after 40.

    Road Kill

That's a beast, to bad a car took him out.
  5. Happy Birthday Jerry. Nice buck.
  6. Rick, Sorry to hear about your father. Wishing him a fast and full recovery.
  7. That's a beauty. Congrats.
  8. Counting down for me. 20 hours from now I'll be in one of my stands down in PA. Their season started last Saturday. Hopefully this is the year I stick the 12 point that has eluded me the last 2 years.
  9. Shawn, You might want to try posting your boat on the walleye central board http://www.walleyecentral.com Lots of guys buying and selling Lund's on there. Good luck.
  10. As if last night with Gator wasn't painful enough. I turned around and hit it up again this morning, what was I thinking. Poor morning out there 2 for 4, both little browns. There are fish between 75 and 110 but they just aren't biting. Everyone I heard was struggling in the inside waters this morning. I would recommend running deep for anyone heading out tonight, or off Lighthouse/Braddocks there's a pile of lakers in 100-120 fow.
  11. Rob, Congrats on that beauty. Jerry mentioned earlier today that you had the Grand Prize fish. I've been waiting for the pics. Work is severely impacting my fishing time this week. Leave a few out there for me.
  12. Andy, I saw a couple at Narby's a week or so ago, you might want to try calling them.
  13. Congratulations. We'll expect some pics of her in a few years holding her first fish.

    LAKERMAN TOM

Great picture. I was getting worried it wasn't going to show up. Anyone who fishes with Tom just take him to 100 fow of water and put the riggers on the bottom, he loves lakers.
  15. Tank, we were right near you most of the night (24' Wellcraft) We did about the same (6 for , little more of a mix with a couple steelhead and a laker. Biggest going about 24 lbs, although it took almost 700' of wire. Did you notice the temp getting deeper the further east you went? We had temp down 80 for so by the nose but off the pump house it was down over 100. All our fish were on spin docs/flies, color didn't seem to make a difference. We stayed around 230 most of the night. That ship didn't seem to be moving to much with the lake of wind. One heck of a big boat though. Keith Nothin but Net
  16. How long are the booms? Are you interested in just selling the Pros separately? Burned a motor in my Cannon today and am interested in replacing it and another rigger quickly.
  17. I agree with Rusty. If you are thinking about trolling Lake Ontario you should look at something a little bigger. There are some 17-19 footers would work but you need to have a true deep vee hull. The Alumacraft you are looking at is sold as a deep vee but it really is a lighter weight shallower vee model. It would work for you on nice calm days, but you'll probably find in a year you'll be wishing for something bigger. As far as the motor you could use bags or a trolling plate to slow you down.
  18. (Your Name) : Fishing Report ============== TRIP OVERVIEW ============== Date(s): 7/10/2009 Time on Water: 6-11 am Temp/Weather: 75°F and sunny Wind Speed/Direction: NE at 5 MPH) Waves: <1 Footers, Calm Surface Temp: 67-70 Location: Sandy Creek LAT/LONG: (GPS Cords) =============== FISHING RESULTS =============== Total Hits: 5 Total Boated:2 Species Breakdown: 1 King, 1 Bow Hot Lure: NBK Trolling Speed: 3-3.5 Down Speed: 2-2.5 Boat Depth: 80-375 Lure Depth: 80-90 ft ==================== SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS ==================== Lots of warm water still out of Sandy although better than last weekend. 56 degrees down 90 feet or so. Fished west of the creek from 80 fow to 375 fow. Marked maybe 3 fish outside of 200 fow. Best depth were 180-200 fow. NBK's down 90 and 225 out on the wire. Overall slow, ended up 2 for 5. Some good marks in shallower first thing, they were way out of temp though. The few guys on the radio didn't seem to be doing much better. Good luck to you guys fishing tomorrow. I'm short on a crew, the weather looks like it might be rough and I'm worn out from work this week. I'll check the reports when I get up about 11 am.
  19. Scott, He's in Ireland right now. Send me a PM with your number. Or just post it here, if your not worried about all the hot babes calling you when they see it online.
  20. Bob, Thanks for your response good luck with your derby. I did find it interesting that you mention Orleans County. If that's Orleans County stance then why in their derby in August do they allow boats all the way to Braddocks Bay to enter. Guess our moneys good with them. On another note during the August one day tournament last year at least 5 boats from Sandy were entered that I know of. In fact Gambler won that day, maybe the real truth is the Oak guys are worried the Sandy guys will kick their butts. Guess us poor Sandy guys will have to get our own derby together. ScottB I saw you volunteered to talk to Bruce. I'm in and if you need help with it let me know.
  21. Musky, Nice. It took me 20 years to learn the actual reason behind the legend. Guess I should have asked here a few years earlier. Well maybe I'll educate one fellow fisherman and sleep better tonight knowing that I help share useless knowledge.
