  1. I have my 10 colors on 47s non line counters. Fine for finger lakes but want to have more backing capacity for LO. What 're you using? Non line counters.
  2. OK! If ya need info call me on 68. I'm always happy to help. If I don't answer, I'm on the big pond or doing stuff to keep my wife happy in between charters. Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  3. Green and white or green and silver spoons on the riggers and flasher fly rigs of the divers. Color didn't matter on the diver rigs. Make didn't matter either, metal, spinny or pro troll. 10 color cores with the same rigger spoons. Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  4. Katydid, I fished everywhere but long point. LOL. But seriously I fished about 6 different locations and every location was good! East and west sides. If I was marking, I was catching. RR Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  5. The fishing on Cayuga was excellent this weekend. If you are not getting fish, you need to move to a different location. Adjust your speed. They wanted it fast this weekend. 2.7 to 3.0 GPS speed. 50 to 70 down, 30 back. Good luck. RR Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  13. Because the.lake flows north. It has taken quite some time for all the mud and debris to clear from my area which is just north of the plant. Mud in south end has to flow north. We had some NW winds as well and that prolongs the dispersion. Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  14. Launches are fine. Water is dropping. Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  21. I also have the airmar transom on my raymarine unit. It's really good. 600w. I do have some trouble once in a while with it locking on a high trigger but I just adjust the gain down and it fixes it. Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  22. I've been taking browns and bows on 5 color cores with brass and pink flutter spoons. 40 to 80 fow. Also a few nice Lakers taking the same rigs. Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  23. Don't need a line counter for copper. Just let it all out. Don't need a twillie either. Copper is soft. But yea you will want more than one. Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  24. I have fish boxes on my boat that circulate the water. When the water is 42 degrees, I can weigh in a possible board fish and the successfully release it with no issues. My fish boxes can hold 8 adult kings in each one. So one fish in the box is in good shape as long as it isn't bleeding. I had 4 charters on Cayuga this past weekend and when I went to pull out fish to clean, they were all fighting mad. Thought I might lose one over the side!
