    FISHIN AGAIN? Braddocks 7/19 We went out last nite for a couple hour trip and found a few nice Kings. Fished 100 to 200 with the action in the 150 range. We had a pig on that jumped 3 times and I had it on for close to a half hour when it came unbuttoned right near the boat. Was a great nite to be out and got the fishin juices flowing again.

    Plastic rods holders don't work well for salmon trolling, I used some for a while but switched. Plenty of used ones out there.

    Great Morning Reel Drag. I went out last nite on a solo trip and got a few fish 120-150. Trolled out to 200 fow. I never marked a fish or bait. I don't have a probe just kept lines deep 80-100. Good luck to all fishing the upcoming Sandy Derbies.

    Sometimes you get a few oddballs that survived in the hatchery. Most fish with genetic defects end up dying but a few end up surviving and get stocked.

    Anybody mark any bait? We got a few fish off of Sandy yesterday morning but never marked a fish or bait. Maybe depth finder isnt working right.

    They are bullet shaped foam with a hole in the middle and wings. Peanuts are also used, same idea no wings. Look through some ot the past posts, lots of info and pics.

    When I help my buddy with a charter I bring a bag of Pork Rinds. If fishing is slow we pass em around and then fish on.

    I would contact Finger Lakes Tackle and see if they would paint your lures. I think he has in the past.

    Oatka will be stocked this Friday morning as long as the creek is in decent shape.
